Overlooking a rocky beach and the property, the sunset villa is the largest of the suites. It can accommodate a minimum of eight guests, containing four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom.
Facilities include satellite television, telephone, air-conditioning, fan, mini bar, refrigerator and hot shower. The suite also has a large kitchen and dining area (and facilities) and outdoor sitting area.

Cost per night is $240 USD.
Rate is inclusive of breakfast and taxes.

Extra guests $10 per person.
Children under six year are free of charge.

During the high season an additional 20% is added to the room rate (deposit required upon booking).

The hotel offers discounts to tour operators, NGOs, volunteers, some companies and guests staying for extended periods. Guests wishing to receive a discounted rate must apply and have discount confirmed prior to arrival. Requests for discounts can be emailed to info@aximbeach.com
