Axim Beach is situated on the coast near the tropical rain forest of Ghana’s Western region, 270 kilometres from Accra, 70 kms from the Ivory Coast and 55 kms from the port of Takoradi.

The hotel offers a range of sea view accommodation from budget to deluxe chalets. Prices per night includes buffet breakfast starting from $10 - $60 (dependant on season).

For those who want to learn about the history of the region, Elmina Castle (1471) and Fort Grossfriedrichburg (1683) are interesting day trips.
Nature lovers can take a boat ride down the Ankobra River from Sanwoma to see mangroves and a range of wildlife passing by a number of small villages.
Other attractions in the region include the Nzulezu stilt village, Ankasa Forest Reserve and the Akatekyi Crocodile Village.
